Ethical Responsibilities to Children
This code of ethics applies to me because I strongly believe that as teacher children are the most important and everything is affected by them. Everything that is done in the classroom should be prioritized by the children.
Ethical Responsibilities to Families
Families apply to me because without them we would not have the children. Its important for us as professionals to help the families in many ways. Such as, issues they may be having with the children, helpful resources, and collaboration.
Ethical Responsibilities to Community and Society
Community and Society apply to me because its related to families and we all are the community and society. It’s important that our center and programs within the center meet the needs of the children and families in the community. The diversity of the community needs to be met to insure acceptance toward everyone.
