One Hope
I hope for children and families I work that come from diverse backgrounds are we come together to help the development of the child and teach each other about the differences in each other.
One Goal
The goal I would like to set for the early childhood field related to the issues of diversity, equity and social justice is strive for understanding and respect for each child and family.
